Women Only Boxing

Our female only classes provide a safe space to push your boundaries and achieve your fitness goals in the company of other hardworking ladies.  WOW sessions are fully inclusive to all ages, skill & experience levels, and always delivered by a female coach.

 

You will learn boxing fundamentals like self defence, footwork and punch combinations in a fun, lively setting.  You will engage in partner pad-work but these sessions are otherwise non-contact.

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, all you need are boxing gl0ves and hand wraps to take part in these sessions.

If you find attritional cardio boring, then you'll love boxing.  The HIIT format keeps your heart rate up driving your fitness and weight-loss goals, the sheer variety of movement holds your interest, and the conditioning drills develop your strength and endurance.  There really is no all-over body workout like it.

 

And there’s no pressure to exceed your own ability or fitness level - no drill sergeant mentality here - just have fun and feed off the group energy!
