NeuroBoxing

Neuroboxing is a non-contact form of boxing designed to promote brain function in patients with Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, MS and ongoing brain injury.

By developing traditional boxing skills such as hand-eye coordination, footwork, speed and endurance, we build neural pathways, promote neuroplasticity and fight cognitive decline.

Strength training and aerobic excercise further support holistic physical and mental health.  Further benefits of Neuroboxing include:

  • Physical fitness

  • Cardiovascular health

  • Increased blood flow to the brain

  • Balance & mobility

  • Memory & reflexes

  • Cognitive reserve
